Shop Policy

• New Bikes – All new bikes from major brands (Trek, Cannondale, Fuji, etc.) include five years of free tune-ups.
• Used Bikes – All used bikes include a three-month full warranty, excluding flat tires.

Repair Warranty

• General Repairs – All repair services include a 30-day correction period, excluding flat tire repairs.
• Flat Tire Repairs – Fix-a-flat service includes a 24-hour warranty only.

In-Store Pickup

In-store pickup is free for all items, including bikes and oversized products. Most orders will be ready within one business day. Please keep in mind that some items may require additional processing time to transfer from off-site locations. Other items may require additional processing time for assembly. We will call or email you once your order is ready for pickup. 

Returns & Exchange Policy

• Bicycles – You may return your bike within 30 days for store credit or exchange it for any bike you prefer. As a local bike shop with a large selection, we encourage you to try multiple models to find your perfect ride.
• Trade-In Program – If you decide your bike is no longer the right fit, you can sell it back to us and choose a different one. Learn more at www.collegeparkbicycles.com.
